We completely renovated and turned our basement into a lovely 2 bedroom and 1 bath suite. Renovations were completed end of Nov 2023. Our price includes the furnishings, wifi and utilities. The suite boasts of a lovely urban view from the kitchen, living room and queen bedroom and lots of natural light. The suite also has it's own private walk out entrance with coded door. We are not accepting pets. We are about a 10-15 min walk from a park and beach, tennis courts and rail trail. It is also less than a 5 min walk to a bus stop that can take you into Lake Country as well as UBCO. You can transfer from UBCO to get to Kelowna area. It is about a 10-15 min drive to UBCO by car. One of the bedrooms is already rented from Dec 15-June 15 and we are looking to fill our second bedroom (link provided to view within this listing).
