The kitchen has the original farm house look with cabinets custom made by a previous owner. Double sink with a great faucet, Stainless steel fridge/freezer that you can convert the top portion to either a fridge or a freezer, a full size stainless steel stand up freezer(located in the laundry room) a Bosch stainless dishwasher and a stainless glass top stove. The laundry room has lots of space to use as a pantry/storage as well as laundry with Samsung washer and dryer with pedestals and a nice laundry sink. The half bath is located right inside the door for easy access with the pool. The main bath has a tub/shower combo The upstairs bath is a shower. Upstairs the original hardwood floors are in most rooms and the ceilings are very high. Downstairs it was renovated with a previous owner and has a clean neutral look just waiting for your personal touch. The sitting room does have the original 18” baseboards under a few coats of paint as does the smaller bedroom. There is no visible installed carpet. It is all tile, vinyl/click floors or the original hardwoods. The two downstairs bedrooms have had click floor replaced over the carpet, which is a berber. The stairs do have stick on carpet treads to keep them from being slippery. The laundry room and the upstairs bathroom have had the vinyl flooring replaced with click vinyl in the last year. The 3 season sun porch is the perfect spot to have morning tea, watching the amazing bird life. The front porch is also a great spot. There is a balcony for the second floor as well. The 2 bed room in-law suite that is upstairs is a wonderful addition. There is a newer stainless steel fridge, a double sink, and a stove making it fully independent and could easily be converted to an actual duplex with very little work. The laundry room is conveniently on the main floor with two access points, which is also great for the pool because you can just pop all the wet stuff right in the washer or dryer without going into the main house. The foyer is a great size with access to the house, laundry and garage. The garage is large, over 500 square feet. It is partially insulated, would take very little to completely insulate it. It has multiple power outlets. It has a huge sliding door facing the pool. We had closed that in, but in a way that would be very easy to remove and make that door slide again. The drive shed was closed in and partially insulated. Clad in metal siding, with a metal roof. It is approx 1200 sq feet. It has hydro, incl 220. Perfect large work shop. It is dry. It does need some finishing but not much. The basement is used for the furnace and water heaters, there are two, so never run out of hot water. One water heater is less than a year old. There are apple trees, huge pine trees, old Birch, a massive oak, a chestnut and some lovely old maples. The side garden is perennials that grow in abundance. The front garden is annuals with a huge hydrangea and some peonies. There is also a raspberry patch in the front. There is lots of area to add amazing vegetable gardens. The area behind the drive shed has very rich soil. The yard has been treated for mosquitoes which works very well and makes it much more pleasurable. We have done this for four years and it is definitely worth it. The steel sided pool is an on ground pool with a hopper which means it slopes to 6+ feet deep. You can jump in! The surrounding pressure treated deck was built approx 4 years ago. The propane heater is only 4 years old and barely used. We only use it a few times a year. The abundant sunshine keeps the pool at a great temperature. Patio furniture is included with the pool as well as all the accessories. Which includes a cool little robot vacuum, solar blanket and some awesome blow up toys. The gutters and soffit/fascia were replaced 4 years ago. The water is a well, and is part of the delicious aquifer that our area is famous for. Water is plentiful, running out is not an issue. The septic has been inspected as per Tiny Township, and is up to date. The geo thermal system was installed by the previous owner and has been inspected and has no issues. It is incredibly expensive to install and is environmentally friendly.
