Also, the flooring in your suite has subfloor beneath it for a more comfortable feel beneath your feet. Our main floor tenants are absolutely lovely. The community of Midnapore is served by a number of transit bus routes that feed to Somerset-Bridlewood, Shawnessy, and Fish-Creek Lacombe train stations which makes it a great place to live and get around. You will be near lots of amenities including restaurants, grocery, a quick drive to Shawnessy that offers big box stores and all kinds of shopping. You will also be a short walk to Fish Creek Park. Your home has its own furnace and hot water tank so you will be able to control your heat and no sharing of your hot water! You will be responsible for 40% of the electric where the upper suite will be responsible for 60%. There is a separate entrance to your suite with an oversized door for ease of moving in and out your furniture. This is accessible from the front and the back of the home.
