Who are we: - We’re a small family with a 4-year-old son, and recently moved 600m away to a larger space. So, we’ll be very close and are very responsive when/if needed. We’ve previously rented out the basement and have becomes friends with some of our tenants over the years, so you may check our references as well. - We’re both busy respectable people and hope for the same from whomever ends up renting the upper two floors.
