The area is quiet. Super clear skies for star gazing like you've never seen it before. White noise from the rapids on the Moser river 24 hours a day. Friendly neighbours that look out for one another (only myself and 1 other live on this road fulltime currently, so you get a very private and secluded feel, yet close to public road with houses and civilization – best of both worlds). Taxes for this lot are under $100 a year. If you want hydro hookups, you can pay to have them extend from the main road since you are only roughly 150' from the poles. The brook has brook trout and little rapids so you can set up a hammock and just enjoy nature at its finest… If you’re not sold on it by now, then this probably isn’t for you. Sounds so good, why sell? I built the cabin and live in it full time. I also own a little over an acre on the river across from this lot as well and plan on doing some travelling in the near future, so I'm keeping that parcel as my home-base to eventually fix it up and clear a small area to build on just like I did here as it is a beautiful area and good people around here. No point in the cabin and acreage sitting vacant, someone should enjoy it and I'm always looking for the next project so its no big deal.
