Ideal tenant situation is a quiet working professional or someone who travels for work and is a good communicator and responsible. I work as a mental health professional Monday to Friday and also have a virtual hoke business as well. I am away 1-2 weekends per month and travel regularly so there will be times you are alone in the home as well. I am a very friendly and respectful individual that will respect your privacy and space. Utilities are not included and average including internet would be 150-200. July utilities were 285 for full house and in winter the highest was 425 for example. Must provide proof of tenant insurance.
