Toilet paper is provided. In-suite Laundry (W/D) to be shared by the Basement occupants. Kitchen (fridge, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils) to be shared by the Basement occupants. Utilities included: Water/Electric/Gas/Internet/Phone. Outdoor street parking. We have shaded garden areas to enjoy the outdoors both in the front and backyard, as well as a fire pit and ample space if you like to grow vegetables! Common cleaning supplies, dishes/pots & pans/cutlery included for the kitchen/bath. Homeowners live on-site so any repairs or resolutions are timely. :) Easy access to bike pathways (~5 minutes away), and public transit (~20 minutes to Downtown). Easy access to major roadways. Within 20 min of Universities, as well as the Calgary International Airport (~15 minutes). Walkable neighborhood, little free library boxes, international food markets and grocery, convenience stores, restaurants/brewery, parks, fitness and outdoor recreation. The surrounding communities offer outdoor pools, gardening spaces, sports facilities, medical centres and more.
