There are two 50 gallon black plastic water tanks for lake water to be used for showering or general cabin use. A three burner (90 BTU each) propane cooking stove is set up for cooking on the deck. Note: All building materials and supplies were trucked in then hand loaded onto a barge, transported via multiple trips by water and carried from the barge to the building site. A lot of Work to have the peace and tranquility offered by this cabin. Other Miscellaneous Items and Equipment Included in the Sale: A 8 x 15 ft. heavy duty dock; A boat ramp with a hand winch system to store your boat off the lake; A 6 hsp water pump with 1 ½ inch and 1 inch fire hose that can be set up on the dock to fill the water tanks and supply fire suppression water to a roof mounted sprinkler; A fire pit off the cabin deck; A shower Shack (in construction) that is solar heated and gravity fed; A world class Throne/Out House; A metal 8 x 10 ft. storage shed; A metal 20 ft. extension ladder an 8 ft. metal step ladder; A like new 3000 watt gas generator with extension cords; A portage cart for a canoe or Kayaks to access nearby lakes; A 15 ft. fiberglass canoe; Fully stocked cabin with cook ware and cutlery, new bunk bed foamies, table /chairs, deck picnic table and several outdoor chairs; The area surrounding the cabin is “Fire Smart” … we have thinned and pruned the forest in proximity to the cabin and removed the surface fuel loading; The cabin is located on Crown Lease Land. The lease expires in 2050 and can be renewed again for another 33 year lease. There is also an option to purchase the lease property from the Government of Saskatchewan. This is the perfect investment for a family Get –Away for many future memories or a base for a Guy’s Fishing Adventure offering lake trout and pike fishing with an opportunity of portaging into nearby lakes for walleye and exploring. There are only 7 cabins on the lake and they are well spaced apart for privacy, however, close enough to be neighborly and help in the event of an emergency.
