WANTED - Roommate needed to share a full house

I am looking to share a house that is located in the SE area of Calgary (Willow Park). This is in an older home, but there's lots of space to share. Rear alley garage parking available. A plug-in is available during winter months. Access to transit is 5 city blocks from the residence. I want to share with a person (60+ years of age) that is a non-smoking individual. I'm easy to get along with, as long as you are able to keep your end of the agreement. If you're a genuine and considerate person - you'll have the space that you need to live as you like. However, if you have baggage - don't respond. NO kids that need help, NO family that need a place to stay, NO ex's that want to visit, NO friends that need help. NO crazies.... PERIOD. I've been through it all and will NOT go through that ever again! A pet MAY be considered (depending on type, size and demeaner). There is a shared common area (including kitchen, laundry, living room). The sleeping area... there is the choice of a larger basement room, or a smaller room on the main floor. Both areas have storage for cloths and other personal items. The roommate will be responsible for their own personal food items, as well as other sundries (laundry soap, shampoo, bedroom furniture and so on). Some disabilities can be accommodated, but wheel-chair access CAN NOT be facilitated at either the front or back door. The monthly cost for the roommate to share the whole house is $1100 and covers all of the utilities that you will have access to. I will consider a slightly lower amount for the initial 3 months - because I just want to get the right person in here! The rules-of-the-house are simple (and if followed) I know that we can get along. If you accept responsibility for cleanliness of the shared living space - the rules are simple and straight forward and easy-to-follow. I do like a place that is neat, clean and organized, this is an essential personality characteristic that I am looking for in a roommate. ZERO tolerance for failure to provide this essential requirement (sorry - but past roommates have caused failed to care for the shared living - and it's not going to happen again). Gender and ethnic background are NOT a factor. References from a previous landlord, church (or anyone that can speak on behalf of your character as a roommate) are necessary. If you don't have a person or organization that can speak on your behalf, if you're willing to tell me why - I'll listen!
