I have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment ready for rent for January 1st for a minimum stay 6 months or longer. This apartment is very close to the Davisville Subway station and is located off of Yonge St. There are a lot of unique shops, movie theatres, Indigo book store, Tim Horton’s, 2nd Cup and Starbucks! The apartment is close to Yonge to Eglinton Ave. The apartment is large and has a fantastic view from the balcony. There's a kitchen, dining area, large living room and two separate bathrooms...so you never have to share a bathroom! The 2nd bedroom has a dresser with six drawers (See Photo) and there is a small desk and chair. You can bring your own bed OR you can use the black futon that is already in the room. It can be put into an upright position as a couch or flat down as a bed. (See Photo). The price is $1,160.00 per person and that includes hydro and hi-speed unlimited internet. I am not a fan of regular TV but I do have a flatscreen TV with 34 channels for news. I'm usually on my laptop looking at Facebook, Instagram, YouTube videos, and Twitter so I don't have cable or satellite TV. Since I have unlimited internet so you can watch all your Netflix and social media you want. I am also very close to a giant movie theatre at Yonge & Eglinton and public library. There is a laundry facility downstairs that uses smartcards which you just load up. There is a women's sauna, change room with showers and heated indoor pool on the rooftop. The rooftop view is also amazing and you can see a fantastic view of all Toronto, East and West corners. I moved on here almost 10 years ago and I love it. It's a very convenient location - only 2 min walk to the subway! I am looking for someone who works full-time outside the house or is a full-time student (not learning virtual online) who is neat, tidy and easy to get along with. I would prefer a female between the ages of 20-35 years old to share the apartment with. No smoking, no pets. If you do smoke, you can smoke only outside or in the downstairs sculpture garden.
