With great effort, I can stay on keel, but It just doesn't come naturally. Hopefully, your primary goal is a win-win housing situation, not much wrapped up in my life except for the hour a day we interact. If somehow its important to you to know more about me, if and as we move forward, ask away. I am not looking for a know-it-all who decides what i need is his/her manager services to set the priorities and serve as head of household even for an hour, nor a self-appointed "fixer" wishing to change or re-educate me. For about 30-45 minutes each day, you would fill in my gaps and remedy my shortfalls, starting with the driveway and the car. Did i carry in one bag of groceries and leave the other in the car, are there garden or repair tools I left behind . You notice something and suggest "those nuisance snowberries are sending up sprouts along the fence, i've set out the nippers and if you have not had time to cut them back then i'll get to it tomorrow. Similar oversight for the large covered eat in porch, with the addtional task of sweeping the porch. Then you pop in to my office/workroom to tidy it up and sweep the floors and offer suggestions (ie hows about i grab the windex and clean the patio door, that would be cheerful). Then on to the kitchen, to load and run the dishwasher, declutter the counters, and sweep the floors; again suggesting "the frig front and cupboard fronts are getting grubby, can I get to them in the next couple of days" to which i might respond "no the microwave is a higher priority" or "I prefer to do that myself" or "let's get the strawberries mulched and worry about that later" Just before leaving you collect the trash and drop it in the bin at the edge of the driveway, and put the organics in compost. I hope this helps. Your role is to act independently, but never intrusively or assumptively. You pivot without a second thought if i direct your time to strawberries not cupboard fronts. Your daily domains are the driveway and car, yard, covered porch, workroom, and kitchen. Your lodging on my one acre home is a cute little trailer tucked between a plum thicket and the neighbour's overhanging willow, which i cant keep under control but hopefully you will! You can rescue the cute little covered shelter with wicker chairs and side tables that a windstorm took down in order to have a pleasant outdoor living space rain or shine. . If you move in and we move past crawl to full sprint -- we can come to some agreement about seasonal fruit, daily fresh eggs, etc. The $5 is my estimate for your monthly propane expense. Everything else required for daily living is included, along with off-street parking and excellent fiberoptic wifi. I check email daily and only rarely would i need more than 24 hours to respond.
