It is free. I can help you get one. Rent includes all basic utilities. The house is wired for high-speed LAN. Internet and Cable TV in each bedroom. There is wireless Internet for your mobile phone. There is nothing else to pay for except your mobile phone. There are cats living in this house. No additional pets allowed. I am the resident property manager. This location is one block from Little Italy (McCauley), with its cafes, park, and the Italian Centre Shop Grocery Store. Little Italy is a culturally diverse location and a destination place for other Edmontonians. There are lots of community events throughout the year in Giovani Caboto Park. The Edmonton Transit System (ETS) #5 Bus is one block away on 95 Street. We are three blocks from the Stadium LRT (Train)Station. There is easy access to the rest of Edmonton from these two transit locations. The state-of-the-art Commonwealth Recreation Centre is also three blocks away. We prefer either those who are employed full-time or are full-time students. This is a safe and quiet home, and we want to keep it that way. Two references required.
