I am looking for 2 clean, quiet, single, female working professionals interested in a LONG-TERM rental beginning MAY 1ST. This rental home is a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom, located on Pointer Street in a beautiful, quiet, family oriented neighbourhood in Cambridge. Quick and easy access to Hespeler Village, Kitchener Costco, and KW area via highway 8 (only 8 min drive). Parking available, 1 in garage and 2 in driveway (small cars more suitable). Utilities, rental insurance, and internet EXTRA (approx.$100-130/month), shared amongst all 3 of us. Bedrooms will be UNFURNISHED and cleaned prior to move in. SHARED WASHROOM BETWEEN THE 2 BEDROOMS*** Room 1 ($1000/month + utilities + insurance + internet) is a large bedroom with a decent closet, plenty of room for desk and other clothing storage. Large window to allow for lots of natural light. Room 2 ($900/month + utilities + insurance + internet) is a slightly smaller bedroom (fits double bed comfortably with lots of space) with a walk-in closet. Top floor laundry (on same floor as bedrooms). Unfinished basement allows for plenty of space for storage. Most furniture will be taken with previous roommates, so your own furniture is welcome and can be discussed prior to move in. Beautiful large backyard space also available to enjoy.
