Water is included in the rent. My hydro is less than $40/month, though yours could be higher. Heat is by individually controlled electric baseboard. I find it plenty warm. There is A/C is through a central chiller unit and a blower fan in your apartment. The management changes the A/C filters in each unit once a year. The apartment is at the end of a quiet dead-end street. It's within walking distance of Superstore, Fresh Co, Dollarama, Salisbury House, and TD Bank. You can see the Seine River from the balcony, and there is a walking path just outside the front door of the building. * Secure building with key-card access and call-box in lobby to buzz people in * Laundry in basement operates by a cash card you refill using a machine in laundry room * Hot tub, sauna, in building and access to gym in building next door * A limited number of roof top garden boxes are assigned by lottery each year * Visitor parking and street parking * Bus routes 55, 59, and 16 Neighbors on both sides and on the hallway are friendly.
