We have had one tenant in this suite and they are moving on now so this could be your new home! This home will be ready for your possession March 15th but April 1st is negotiable. This beautiful and BRIGHT home features a brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Upon entry to your new home, you enter into a landing with hooks and space for your shoes. Down the stairs you go to the kitchen. To the right, you will find a designated dining and living room area with a nook area that can be used for a workspace or gaming set up or whatever you want! Off of the living room, there is a huge storage closet. If you go to the left at the bottom of the stairs, down the hall you go to a bathroom, laundry room/mechanical room with a stackable full size washer/dryer and 2 bedrooms round this hallway off. The bathroom features a full-size tub/shower and linen closet. Each bedroom boasts a huge window to allow for maximum light but also equipped with black out blinds. There are also two large windows in the living area. All windows are outfitted with blinds for privacy. A few important things to point out -- there is over-the-top sound proofing measures in place between your suite and the upper suite. Also, the flooring in your suite has subfloor beneath it for a more comfortable feel beneath your feet. Our main floor tenants are absolutely lovely. The community of Midnapore is served by a number of transit bus routes that feed to Somerset-Bridlewood, Shawnessy, and Fish-Creek Lacombe train stations which makes it a great place to live and get around. You will be near lots of amenities including restaurants, grocery, a quick drive to Shawnessy that offers big box stores and all kinds of shopping. You will also be a short walk to Fish Creek Park. Your home has its own furnace and hot water tank so you will be able to control your heat and no sharing of your hot water! You will be responsible for 40% of the electric where the upper suite will be responsible for 60%. There is a separate entrance to your suite with an oversized door for ease of moving in and out your furniture. This is accessible from the front and the back of the home.
