Looking to rent a bedroom

Looking to rent a fully furnished bedroom for October 1st. I am a 31 years old female. I work full time so I’m not home very often. I do not need a parking space but easy access to public transportation and basic amenities is important to me. Would be nice if the bedroom includes a TV but it’s not necessary. A closet and storage space is also a priority for me since I own a lot of personal items and need storage for them. I don’t cook that often so I wouldn’t be in the kitchen a ton. I do not have any pets. I am very quiet and respectful. I am easy going and super easy to get along with. Would be nice to live with someone who’s also easy going but not so easy going that you don’t care about anything(like cleaning up after themselves). I like a clean space and most importantly a space where everyone is comfortable. I would prefer to rent a room in a home where I don’t feel confined to my bedroom. I wouldn’t be in the living room/ kitchen a lot but I would like to be able to use it when I want to. Would be nice if I didn’t have to bring my own dishes or cooking supplies. Washing machine and dryer included is also very important to me. I’m not super picky on the location as long as there’s easy access to a main bus or the O-train so I can get to work easily. I love neighborhoods with a little bit of nature like parks or water near by. I know I have a lot of preferences but they really are just preferences. I’m not that picky. I can work with anything as long as I’m comfortable. Please reach out if you have anything available for oct 1.
