Minimum 32 days. 32 days = 199/day or more DEPENDING ON SEASON; 60 days = 149/day; several months* as low as 99/day. Better prices for insurance / adjustors. -Pls read DESCRIPTION before contactiong, answer to this ad by telling me for how long you need my room, starting when AND a few words about you CATEGORIES: A) SHORT/MEDIUM TERM B) LONG TERM EN (FR en bas de page) DETAILS/ DESCRIPTION. That's a reasonable distance if you can't afford or don't want Downtown, did you know Montreal is 52km wide? H4A 0A2 area, 9min walk from metro Vendome! -or 3min by bus. Park, school, daycare, 3 utility stores all in 150 meters! 2 bathrooms, 2-4 bedrooms in condos with ~ same surface: ~1200sf. BIG (or HUGE) LIVINGROOM and HUGE TERAZZA 100sf! Well furnished and equipped, includes 5 stainless / frontal appliances plus a lot of small appliances, kitchenware, furniture, even linen and towels! TV set, utilities, Wi-Fi could be included, making it ALL READY, all you need, JUST TO MOVE IN!* Long term welcome and preferred! BM PRICES: A)- MEDIUM /short term 1,2 or more months? 99-199/day or more. If you're a tourist, min 31 nights. Only one month is not 99/day except maybe November*. WHY IS THIS A GOOD PRICE? A direct price comparison of my space with a hotel room is uninspired... and even more when expecting my condo to be LESS expensive (surface ~5-6x bigger than a hotel room). But let's try: Did you know that a hotel room advertised at 80$ is actually 100$? That's because there are 3 taxes! 80$/day hardly pays you a modest hotel room (in high season, a MOTEL!!! room). For the same price, by taking one of my condos you'll have - as said ~5-6 TIMES OF A HOTEL ROOM SPACE, ~1200sf, including 2, 3 (or 4) bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living-room, completely equipped kitchen and a huge terazza 2.5 by 4 meters*! So... it is a great deal, in a hotel this space would be their biggest HOTEL SUITE and would rent for 350$/day + :)... And about double in high season!!! The catch? you have to book at least 1 month, but a couple of months at least for getting good price. I personally checked: hotels don't give good prices for one or more months, moreover, they might not have availability. B) LONG TERM: 12 (6*) Months 2899/month, furnished! (9-11 months term could qualify for long term price, at a limit 6 months low season - ex. from November to May - might qualify). *Contract your preferred services/utilities or get mines free - conditions apply (to discuss). C) – There is no C :-) ! PLS DON'T EXPECT THE LONG TERM PRICE FOR THE SHORT/MEDIUM TERM, IT IS TOTALLY A DIFFERENT SERVICE THAT YOU NEED AND A TOTALLY DIFEFRENT BUSINESS FOR ME. Thank You. Also, my price is FROM 99/day, 99/day applies under some conditions: ex: minimum 2 months in low season and minimum 4-6 months when high season months are included. Other factors count, how interesting is your proposition (longer contract, faster occupancy and/or calendar months (form 1st-30/31st), extra guaranties – ex insurance paid contract and/or tenant insurance present, etc).
