Occasional visits & overnight stays by guests are not encouraged but can be tolerated with the prior consent of the landlord. All tenants of the house have free access to all parts of the common areas of the house (i.e. all of the halls, kitchen, washrooms, study-dent, garage, storage rooms, gardens, etc.) All residents are unmarried males in the 20s and early 30s; they are all quiet, gentle, well-educated university students/professionals with busy schedules.
