TV set, utilities, Wi-Fi could be included, making it ALL READY, all you need, JUST TO MOVE IN!* Long term welcome and preferred! A direct price comparison of my space with a hotel room is uninspired... and even more when expecting my condo to be LESS expensive (surface ~5-6x bigger than a hotel room). But let's try: Did you know that a hotel room advertised at 80$ is actually 100$? That's because there are 3 taxes! 80$/day hardly pays you a modest hotel room (in high season, a MOTEL!!! room). For the same price, by taking one of my condos you'll have - as said ~5-6 TIMES OF A HOTEL ROOM SPACE, ~1200sf, including 2, 3 (or 4) bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living-room, completely equipped kitchen and a huge terazza 2.5 by 4 meters*! So... it is a great deal, in a hotel this space would be their biggest HOTEL SUITE and would rent for 350$/day + :)... And about double in high season!!! The catch? you have to book at least 1 month, but a couple of months at least for getting good price. I personally checked: hotels don't give good prices for one or more months, moreover, they might not have availability. B) LONG TERM: 12 (6*) Months 2899/month, furnished! (9-11 months term could qualify for long term price, at a limit 6 months low season - ex. from November to May - might qualify). *Contract your preferred services/utilities or get mines free - conditions apply (to discuss). C) – There is no C :-) ! PLS DON'T EXPECT THE LONG TERM PRICE FOR THE SHORT/MEDIUM TERM, IT IS TOTALLY A DIFFERENT SERVICE THAT YOU NEED AND A TOTALLY DIFEFRENT BUSINESS FOR ME. Thank You.
