The bedroom has hardwood floors. It was painted from top to bottom last year. The current tenant in Bedroom #1 has been renting from me for approximately 22 years. She only wants a female roommate. Smoking would be allowed if the smoking is kept to the room for rent. ➡️Bedroom #2 is available for February 1st or March 1st, 2024. Both bedrooms have hardwood floors. You have complete control of your heat. There is a thermostat in each room. There are electrical outlets all throughout the apartment for all of your electronics. The apartment has decent size windows to give you a reasonable amount of natural light. • 107 Argyle Street is a house converted into 4 apartment units on the corner of Argyle Street, and Smythe Street in the Downtown core of Fredericton. There are two 2 bedroom apartments on the main floor. There is a 1 bedroom apartment and a large 2 bedroom apartment in the basement. All of the electrical was upgraded to breakers in recent years. There is some free paved parking for cars on the right side of the house. All apartments at this location have their electric heat, hot water, and lights included through NB Power. It is on the bus route. The snow removal, lawn care, and maintenance are included. I had 1 recent tenant who lived at this location for approximately 27 years. It is located across the street from Tim Horton’s, Williams Seafood Restaurant, and The Atlantic Superstore. It is nearby 2 big parks Odell Park, and Wilmot Park. • The coin-operated Laundry Room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
