Hello everyone, We are looking for one girl student for a ground floor duplex with 4 girls in total. It is a house with 4 bedrooms fully furnished and very bright and large (1600 square feet). There are large kitchens, a beautiful garden for barbecues and one complete bathroom (toilet and shower). We have shared washer-dryers, refrigerator and stove inside the apartment. We are located in the center of Cote-des-Neiges district near the metro Plamondon / Cotes-des-Neiges and the bus lines (we are on Avenue Van Horne and 1 block away from the street CDN). Ideal for students of the UDEM / POLY / HEC but also for other universities or young professionals (it is 20 minutes from the city center by subway!). If you prefer to walk or bike, it is only 2 km to the main campus of UDEM/POLY, 800m to HEC :-) It's a nice neighborhood, filled with life and with everything close by. We are close to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. We are also close to Kent Park and a free swimming pool (2 minutes walk)! We are looking for university/college students/young professional who are respectful and friendly for the long term min 1 year who are willing to invest in living with their roommate.
