Plus future GO stations and LRT. -Tons of shopping options all within 5-10 minutes: The Stockyards, Metro, Walmart, LCBO, Shoppers and many more. Who are we: - We’re a small family with a 4-year-old son, and recently moved 600m away to a larger space. So, we’ll be very close and are very responsive when/if needed. We’ve previously rented out the basement and have becomes friends with some of our tenants over the years, so you may check our references as well. - We’re both busy respectable people and hope for the same from whomever ends up renting the upper two floors. What we’re looking for in a tenant (s): - Given the space we think its ideal for a couple or a small family. We know many of neighbours and everyone is very nice, many families. - Non-Smoker. From our experience this isn’t negotiable as at some point we’ll also be renting out the basement. Headaches that we don’t want to deal with. - Small pets would be okay, please confirm.
