The catch? you have to book at least 1 month, but a couple of months at least for getting good price. I personally checked: hotels don't give good prices for one or more months, moreover, they might not have availability. B) LONG TERM: 12 (6*) Months 2899/month, furnished! (9-11 months term could qualify for long term price, at a limit 6 months low season - ex. from November to May - might qualify). *Contract your preferred services/utilities or get mines free - conditions apply (to discuss).
