If you pay more than $600 or clear less than $30/hr -- this is a far better deal- for a roof over your head, a quiet place to study, cook, and rest and easy access to campus. The other bonus is that you can integrate this work holistically into your daily living, you don't have to invest time getting to and from a job, or getting properly dressed for work.
